Here's what we've been working on this month 

November

Features

  • We’ve now made it possible to send welcome emails and password reset emails in a user’s local language! 
  • We've expanded our API and it’s now possible to Payroll number and Employee ID, and optimise your reporting
  • We now support Leads imported with a Finnish National ID as part of the Lead data, creating opportunities for more detailed Lead reporting for Finnish users

Fixes & Improvements

  • Added an alert to be displayed when creating a team with black spaces or special characters in the name, which can cause problems when using the Outbound API 
  • Fixed a bug that made multiple-day events only show for one day when created in external calendars that are synched with Outbound
  • Fixed a bug that prevented time zones from being supported in certain cases  
  • Fixed a bug that prevented users without Campaign permissions from calling Leads from My Redials 
  • Fixed a bug in the appointment booking feature that displayed deleted Campaign Template fields in meeting notes 
  • Fixed a bug that affected the deletion of sensitive and non-sensitive data  
  • Fixed a bug in Time Usage that shows incorrect time in Other Actions when a user doesn’t log out 
  • Fixed a bug so the multi-calendar overview now displays calendars in different colours 
  • Fixed a bug to accurately show the correct data for Incoming KPIs in Reports

Calendars

  • View multiple calendars in one simple view, getting a full overview of your agent’s activities
  • We've created a mobile calendar site for calendar owners on the go
  • Schedule multiple meetings at the same time in the same calendar – great for distribution calendars!
  • Calendar owners can give meeting feedback on their mobile calendar, which can then easily be viewed in reports or lead views
  • Ensure total flexibility in all circumstances by moving appointments between calendars
  • Calendars are now attached to Campaigns instead of Projects, giving you greater control over administration
  • Decide which calendars are shown on the contact page with one click

Notifications

  • We’ve added a brand-new page – Calendar Shared Settings – that allows you to create and automate Email and SMS notifications, and automatically apply them to any calendar with one click. Save time, avoid mistakes, and ensure brand consistency with your messages
  • Create and automate SMS and Email notifications to calendar owners and leads for reminders, meeting feedback, and rescheduling appointments
  • Create notifications when appointments are rescheduled or moved to another calendar
  • Customise the appointment links to leads, by including a link for rescheduling and your own text

August

Fixes & Improvements

  • We've listened to feedback from our users and improved the user experience in many places inside Outbound. This means clearer instructions, for example, when creating a Campaign Template View, or adding information on viewing permissions in Reports. 
  • Fixed bug where it was not possible to see in Live Operations if an Agent was waiting for a call when using Predictive Dialer
  • Fixed UX inconsistencies in the Incoming Configuration
  • Fixed a bug that caused an error message when expanding user-level in Reports, if the value was blank
  • In Incoming Configuration, we have moved the setting for Transfer number to Wait settings and it be will permanently displayed
  • Improved the browser notification settings and fix a bug that caused an audio alert not to play
  • In preparation for migrating customers from old to new Lead Admin, we’ve added support for ‘No time filter’
  • In Organisation Management, we have added the option to share Views from new Lead Admin, under the Shared Items settings
  • Corrected a bug in Calendars which occasionally causes the first day of the month to show as free when appointments were booked
  • Fixed a bug that prevented Leads to be returned via the API endpoint SimpleLeads
  • Fixed issue that prevented users from exporting Leads that they could see in Lead Admin
  • Improved the quick graph feature in new Lead Admin to generate visuals for values with decimals
  • Fixed an issue in Scoreboard that caused the removal of a Campaign in one Scoreboard to apply to all Scoreboards
  • Fixed issue that caused triggers, based on "Max Calls Reached", to fail if the campaign is set to Predictive Dialer
  • Fixed a bug that prevented some KPIs names from being translated into a user’s local language 
  • Fixed a bug in Work Schedule that sometimes allowed Private Redials through in Campaigns they were not bound to
  • Fixed issue that locked leads for editing after cloning an incoming Lead

  • Fixed an issue that prevented scheduled Jobs from being sent
  • Fixed an issue where excluding Campaign from duplicate search in Campaign Settings did not work
  • Corrected a bug where certain API calls returned information not requested in the call

  • Added UX process descriptions to easify the user experience when creating a Campaign Template
  • Granting access to Campaigns is now limited to the Campaigns you have access to
  • Related, access to Campaign roles is limited to only the ones assigned to your user
  • Fixed a bug that prevented users calling Leads directly from the Search page

March

Features

  • In preparation for shutting down of old Lead Admin and Report Admin, we’ve put the tools in place for you to instantly convert your saved Lead Admin filters and Reports from the old module to the new, with only a click
  • We’ve also added the possibility to filter by First Call Time and Latest Call Time in new Lead Admin
  • If you had Job Scheduling setup from old Lead Admin, they will continue to work
  • We’re introducing a powerful and versatile KPI builder and selector in Reports, allowing you to create KPIs using your own Lead Data. Choose what data you want to calculate and instantly add it to your Reports

Fixes & Improvements

  • We’ve added KPIs to calculate time for transferred calls
  • We’ve saved you a click by enabling Lead Admin Search to be executed by clicking Enter. This was a request from our recently revamped Idea Hub, so click Idea Hub in the top bar of Outbound to browse ideas, like, comment, or share your own ideas for improvement with the Outbound Product Team
  • Fixed an issue that caused searches for phone numbers to fail if they were saved with "+" as prefix. This only happened if you used the filter on specific field in New Lead Admin.
  • Fixed a bug that caused decimal values and date fields to be sorted incorrectly in New Lead Admin
  • Fixed an issue that caused different results in Lead counts between Old and New Lead Admin, if you were not an Administrator
  • Found and fixed a bug that turned an inactive Campaign active when editing the Campaign details
  • Fixed a bug that caused time to be shown in seconds in Live Operations
