Report & Lead Admin Feature Comparison

This year we will be shutting down Old Lead Admin and Report Admin, and moving our users to their newer counterparts. You can read more about that move here.  

In the following tables, you can see exactly which filtering options, KPIs, and default views will be available, and which won't.

We've taken great care include all the features our users need, and in the case that a feature is not available as a 1-1 match, there are usually workarounds available to get the data you need.

Converting Reports

If you are a Team Leader or Administrator, we've made it easy to convert your already saved Reports and Lead Admin Filters to the newer features, so you won't have to recreate these.

Head to the new Reports page, and expand the Reports menu.

Under My Reports, you will see all of your saved Reports from the Report Admin page. 

To convert your old Report to the new format, click Clone. Report conversions will be done as requested. 

If there are Report columns that are no longer supported, you will have the opportunity to either return to Report Admin and change or remove the columns, or delete the report. Please note that deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Clicking Fix Report will take you directly to the Report in Report Admin, where you can remove unsupported columns.


Converting Lead Admin Filters

Head to the new Lead Admin page, and expand the Filters dropdown menu.

Under  My Custom Filters, you will see all of your saved Filters from the old Lead Admin page. 

To convert your 'old' Lead Admin Filter to the new format, click Clone. If there are filters that are no longer supported in the new format, you will be informed in a pop-up.
