Essentials: Contact Page Hot Keys

Did you know that you can choose your own combination of hot keys to use on the Contact Page?

Saving the Lead, registering Voicemail, sending an SMS - these and more can be done with the touch of a button!

Using a Mac?

To avoid problems with system keyboard shortcuts, we recommend using Ctrl+Alt in the Hot Keys configuration, which are the Control and Option keys on a Mac keyboard.

How do I set the Hot Keys?

First, ask your admin to go to Administration - Settings and toggle Contact Page Hot Keys to Enabled, if they haven't already.

Corporate will allow your Admin to set the hot keys for the entire company
Organisation will allow your Team Leader to set the hot keys for the Team
User will allow each user to set their own combination of hot keys to their liking - however this must be done by the Team Leader. As many teams will use different operating systems, we recommend using this setting, so individual users can tailor the hot keys to their liking.

To configure the hot keys, click Manage Organisation, then find either the Corporate, Organisation (Team), or User, and double click.

Scroll down to Settings, and choose your hot key combination!

Please note that these hot keys cannot be the same combination as those configured in your chosen browser.
