Leads: Create Leads

Welcome to Create Leads in Outbound by Enreach. 

Here you can create individual Leads in any of the Projects in your Organisation, based on a Campaign Template.

To access Create Leads, expand the Leads drop-down menu and select Create Leads.

Under Select Campaign, expand the Campaign drop-down menu.

Click on a Project to expand all Campaigns in that Project, filter the search by Active or Inactive Campaigns, or use the Search bar to search for a specific Campaign. 

Click the Campaign you wish to create a Lead for, then click Create Lead. 

You will be taken to the Contact Page of the Campaign you selected. You will notice that all the Lead Master Data Fields and Result Data Fields are based on the Campaign Template.

Enter the information about the Lead you want to create in the relevant Data Fields, including a mandatory phone number. 

Enter any Schedule Redial information in the Outbound by Enreach Dialler. Need a refresher? Head over to this guide for more information. 

Click Save to Save the new Lead, or Save and Dial to immediately call the Lead.
