Most telemarketing agencies regularly send certain reports and the only thing that changes in these reports are the dates or perhaps the teams. With the Favourite reports, you can simply select these particular reports and they will be available in your favourites. Selecting is done by “starring” your report in the Report admin:
When you have selected your favourites, head over to the Favourite Reports under Insights and select the report you just starred. Now you can click the filter symbol in the upper right-hand corner and the filtering options will appear. In the example below, I have simply changed the date filter from “Today” to “This week” but you can combine various filters to achieve exactly the report that your customers require.
