Incoming Calls is becoming Incoming Configuration!

As part of our continued effort to create the best Outbound by Enreach experience for all our users, this year we will be streamlining the application, and migrating users from older features to our newer - and not to mention more powerful, versatile, and easy to use - features!

We've done everything possible to make sure that this is an easy transition for our valuable users, as we know that change can be tough!

Are you an Incoming Calls User?

Here's what you need to know: 

  • On October 3rd 2022, the feature Incoming Calls will become Incoming Configuration
  • You will now use Incoming Configuration to view all of your inbound calls, and adjust the settings for these phone numbers
  • You can configure Opening Hours on your numbers, setting the exact times you can receive calls.
  • For an up-to-date overview of all your inbound activity, you will now have access to Inbound Live Statistics, where you can view the number of calls waiting, total dial-backs, success rate, and much more. 
So remember: you will see a new menu point, and some more features to get the most out of Incoming Configuration, but you don't have to reconfigure anything - all of your settings will be saved and automatically transferred into the Incoming Configuration module.
