How to process unresolved leads

A link under the phone number field on the contact page tells you if you have any unresolved leads from previous session(s).
 

What are unresolved leads?


Unresolved leads typically occur if the browser window is closed or the pc shut down before saving the lead. Via this link you can process unresolved leads correctly. Please note that the lead has the status unresolved lead for 7 days. Afterwards the status is automatically set to abandoned lead, which means that the lead is processed.
 


  1. Click the link to see a list of your unresolved lead(s)
  2. Click "Edit" to edit and save result data

  1. Click  to dial (and process) lead
