Custom KPI names to can now be added in Reports
It is now possible to change the dial time on Leads that are in a LifeCycle
The Dial button in Lead Admin has been improved, and will now display the reasons why a Lead cannot be called, if any
General security improvements
Fixed a bug in Manage Organisation, so you can now assign a Lead priority role when creating a User
Fixed an issue in Campaign Triggers where the Trigger name would have to be re-entered if the Action type was changed
Fixed a bug that wouldn’t allow you to close pop-up messages when changing settings

Fixes and Improvements

Upgraded technical security.
Global fixes to the in-app text to create a clearer UX experience.
Fixed the following bugs and inexpediencies:
- Corrected the call duration timer on the Contact Page, so you get an accurate call time.
- Fixed the suggested rescheduled dial time in Lead Admin.
- Improved the media player in Lead Log, so you can play and pause sound files when needed.
- Improved the usability of the date picker in Lead Admin.

We've made it possible to view sales values (Sum of Profit, Point, Revenue, and Commission) on active Leads in various LifeCycle status. This was only previously possible on closed Leads, so now you can gain a greater overview of how much profit you have in the pipeline.
We've improved the usability of Reports by adding two KPIs to that were only available in Report Admin: Incoming Call, Call - Success, and Dialback, Call - Success.
You can now view stats for all inactive Lead Pools, and see how many Leads are open, ready to dial, and the total Lead count.

Fixes and Improvements

Downloading invalid Leads now displays all of the correct Lead data.
We've fixed a bug where not all of the Leads were displayed in when searching in the New Lead Admin.
We've fixed an issue with Campaign access, where new Campaigns created will only be accessible to users with the appropriate Campaign access.
When dealing with missed incoming calls, you can view the Lead data without automatically calling the Lead back.
If you use our Job Scheduling feature, you can now send User Reports by Email from the New Report Admin.
New Lead Admin has been improved, so all Private Redials will be displayed.
Fixed an issue with permission settings so that feature permission to New Lead Admin page now works as expected.

We've redesigned Job Scheduling to make it more user friendly, and introduced an option to clone Jobs, making it even easier to work the way you want.
Edit and save Lead directly from the Contact Page with the new Save feature, without having to change the Lead status or schedule a redial.

Fixes and Improvements

We've improved the way Leads move through LifeCycle statuses. Now you can calculate the data types sum of profit, point, revenue, and commission for open Leads in LifeCycle statuses.
Statuses in LiveOps are now totally accurate and updated to reflect real-time data.
The Lead Upload Log provides useful descriptions again.
You can edit again the top level team in Organisation.
We've fixed some small bugs and improved the usability of the Manage Organisation page.
We've refined the time stamps in Reporting, so that the Lead Close data will reflect the time that the Lead was last adjusted.
Error messages have been improved and made clearer, to make it easier for you to correct any mistakes.
We've upgraded the search filters in Lead Admin, allowing you to search from the beginning of creation up until the end of last month, or the end of this month!
Permissions have been fixed so you can upload a Lead Pool without needing Campaign Template permission.
Clone older Campaigns easily, without a server error message.
