Select campaigns to call
Go to the ”Contact” section in the top menu
- Click on one or multiple campaigns from the “Available campaigns” section. When you select a campaign for calling, it will show up under “Selected campaigns” in the lower part of the screen. If the list of available campaings is long, the "Search" functionality in the right side of the screen may help you find the campaign you are looking for.
- Enter your phone number in the “Phone” field. This number needs to be able to receive an incoming call. Please make sure you have switched off call forwarding for this number.
- Click on the “Contact page” button to start the dialing session.
