In Feature Roles Overview you can view all of the Feature Roles in your Organisation. Click a Role in the left-side menu or the table below to expand all of the associated Feature Roles and Permissions.

Click the cog icon to configure which Teams or Users have Access rights to the Feature role, view a history of changes in Change Log, or Edit, Copy, or Delete the Feature Role.

The Feature Role view will look like the image below. Scroll through the Permissions or use the Search Bar to filter the results.

Check the box of each Feature Role to assign that  Permission to the Role.

Recommended Permissions

In Outbound by Enreach, we recommend these Permissions as a minimum for optimal use:

Administrators

  • All

Agents

  •  Contact (Dialing)
  •  Allow Private Redials
  •  Allow Common Redials
  •  My Redials
  •  My Leads

Lead Priority Roles

With Lead Priority Roles, you can create a role that grants Users access to a Lead Priority Span for each Project. When you assign the Lead Priority Role to a User, that User will only get connected to Leads with a Lead Priority in the assigned span.

Expand the Lead Priority Roles menu and select Overview

There are several ways to filter the Lead Priority Roles view:

Toggle between Active and Inactive, use the Search Bar to filter the results, and reorganise the Name, Created At, and Updated At columns using the arrows.

Click + New to create a new Lead Priority Role

Toggle between 1 (the highest priority) and 10 (the lowest priority) to assign a priority to a Project.

Leads can be uploaded with a Lead Priority, and this can be used to assign the correct Leads to the most suitable Agents.

The best Leads with the highest chance of conversion can be assigned to the most experienced Agents, for example.

Campaign Access Roles

With Campaign Access Roles, you can assign access to certain Campaigns to specific Agents.

Expand the  Campaign Access Roles menu and select Overview

Use the Search bar to filter your existing Campaign Access Roles.

Click + New to create a new Campaign Access Role

There are several ways to filter the Lead Priority Roles view:

  • Toggle between Active and Inactive, or use the Search Bar to filter results.
  • Check the box of each Campaign Access Role to assign Users access to the Role.

When you have finished, click Save changes to save your settings, or Cancel to exit without saving.
