Add organizational units (teams or divisions)

How to add organizational units

You can add organizational units (e.g. teams or divisions) to organize users' rights and roles.


Example: Main corporate with underlying divisions "Customer service" and "Sales". "Sales" has two underlying teams: "Newbiz" and "Upselling":


  1.  Go to "Organization" section.
  2.  Click your company name in the top of the hierarchy 
  3.  Click "Add organization below" (in the right side of your screen)

IMPORTANT: Since divisions cannot be added above a team, once the team has been added, we recommend that you consider creating divisions from the start.
