It's full speed ahead here at HeroBase as we continue to bring you even more new features and updates to improve your Outbound experience. Take a look below to see what is on its way to you tomorrow.

CALENDAR UPDATE

Now when you sync your external calendar using our Cronofy integration, your future events will be imported into your Outbound calendar. No more manual inputting of events, we've saved you the time and made it easier for you to keep track of your appointments.

CAMPAIGN CLONING

We've now added the ability to clone entry group data using the Hero API when you're cloning campaigns. For more info click here to check it out.

COMING SOON

We've been working on an AMAZING new feature for Outbound. While we can't go into full details yet, let me just ask. Have you ever wondered how great it would be if you could manage your scheduling, time tracking and salary directly in Outbound? We definitely have.  

We're almost ready to unveil this new add-on feature to you. Stay tuned for more info.

UPDATES & IMPROVEMENTS

• Corrected issue where all users (both active and non-active) were being displayed in the team where only active should be appear 
• When creating a Campaign Code using the Hero API & Webservices, only characters "A-Z" and "0-9" will be allowed
• User optimization - faster loading Activity Track toolbar
• User optimization - decreased replication lag 
• Notification now informs you that the scheduled job will not be sent due to missing SMTP settings and provides a link to set them up
