Hello heroes! We just wanted to keep you updated on all the things going on behind the scenes here at HeroBase, big and small. Starting tomorrow you might notice a few differences within Outbound. Take a look below for what to expect.

UPDATES & IMPROVEMENTS

• API improvement where the lead owner can be assigned via SimpleLeads.
• We've added percentage KPIs to the Report Admin
• It's now easier to access edit drop-down menus when working in the Administration tab 
• Segmentation upgrade - you can now use the Lead Filter function while making segments
• There is a new look for the Lead Admin Access Log 

BUG FIXES 

• The issue where the body of the email was not visible in Lead Log from Lead Admin has been fixed
• Fixed the bug in the filter field in the entry group data set on the contact page
• Resolved the issue where triggers failed when they should have fired on Automatic Redial
• Fixed the problem where the status filter did not filter on update lead via API
• The campaign settings lead filter has been fixed
• A new lead search id is now assigned when copying segments
• Resolved the issue where the segmentation date would reset to 01-01-0001 after modifying another filter.
• Search function for campaign names in Segments, Edit, Campaign, and Leadpools filters has been fixed to better pull up results
