JUNE 2019 RELEASE LETTER
Welcome to Summer and more fantastic updates and improvements to Hero Outbound. Tomorrow you'll have access to the first of two planned releases in June and we hope you find good use of the updates we made.
LIFECYCLE
A sale is not always just a sale. Perhaps it gets cancelled or the lead needs to confirm the order before the finalization of the sale. In order to support cases like these, we are introducing LIFECYCLE.Lifecycle consists of adding 2 new lead statuses:
  • Awaiting external events
  • Followup Redial
When set to these new statuses, you'll be able to report on conversion rates between these new statuses and 'Success' and 'Not Interested'. This will allow you to better track your cancel rates and followup on orders not yet confirmed.

Improvements to Return Call Manager
We know how often you're using Return Call Manager and wanted to make it even better for you so we've made a few improvements to the RCM module:
  • The blending between ingoing and outgoing calls has been improved
  • The possibility to group RCM reports per RCM queue has been enabled.
  • We added dialbacks to reports.
  • We added an option to transfer leads to another number if no agent has answered within a time threshold.
System Improvements
  • Calendar is now automatically updated when a booking has been removed
  • It is now an option to add entry group data using the API
  • We've increased the list for available numbers in the Display Phone Groups list to 100+  
  • Now your Leadlog will automatically update when you rollback admin changes
  • A new datatype, "SubscriptionStartDate", has been added for those who sell subscriptions.
  • Triggers are now copied when cloning a campaign
  • The scoreboards has improved data cashing to solve inconsistency when a lead is changed after its closed
