| Segmentation |
Better target your desired markets with our newly added feature...Segmentation. You'll now be able to sort and call leads by segments across all your campaigns and also allow agents to select a segment to call instead of a campaign.
There are lots of options to reach your desired customer. Filter by age, location and other data in order to tailor your messages to the correct audience.

| Scoreboard Sharing |
| Outbound now offers you the ability to create your own customized Scoreboard and share this Scoreboard with other users, similar to Reports and Lead Views. Share your Scoreboard with all your agents and the agents will only see the information that is relevant for them. |

| Updates & Improvements |
- Permission is now needed in order to have access to predictive campaigns
- Fixed minor issue with scheduled dial time range
- Time formatting has been updated to support seconds in the time format
- Admins now have access to filter by who made the latest call to a lead and when that call took place
- Fixed the issue where admins could accidentally remove Campaign permissions from themselves
- Campaign permissions can now be removed from teams with no users
- Fixed time presentation on WallBoard
