Buzzworthy news...
We're back at it again with a number of new features and improvements to Outbound available to you from the 7th of May. 
Inbound just got better: New features in Return Call Manager
We've made it even easier to get more out of incoming calls:
  • The length of time an incoming call stays in queue waiting for an available agent has been increased. It's now indefinite and you can configure the message intervals to suit your needs
  • We've also improved the “dial-back function” in order to improve your contact rate and increase the number of conversions. Now a missed incoming call will automatically be added to your outbound queue so you'll never miss the opportunity to reach your leads.

Lead and Campaign Management
  • We enabled the option to edit the status and other vital parameters of multiple leads *regardless of current status*, while also being able to reverse this action in order to save you valuable time. Visit our Help Portal for more information.
  • The campaign name has been added to export file for duplicates so you can see where duplicates originated from and make tracking leads even easier.
  • The possibility to configure whether the “dial redials across campaigns” should take current campaign rights into account or not is now available, giving you even more options for customization.
Appointment Setting
For increased security and ease of use, you can now send an authentication link to external calendar owners who don't have a Hero account. This link will be used to authenticate the Hero calendar subscription.

Idea Hub - Your feedback wanted...
We’re thrilled to introduce to you our new Idea Hub. We’re always interested in hearing about your great ideas so we’ve created a site where you can leave your suggestions AND vote on suggestions made by other Outbound users. 

You just need to click on the Help menu and choose 'Idea Hub' in Outbound and you'll be taken directly to the website, where we've granted access to all administrators and users with “extended data rights”. 

We're curious to know how we can make the best product to suit your needs.
Help Beacon
Our new Idea Hub is just one step towards fulfilling our vision of improving communication between HeroBase and our users. We’ve taken it even further by embedding our support feature in the application, saving you time geting the information that you need.

Now, when you click the help icon from the top menu in Outbound, instead of being taken to our support portal in an external browser tab, you’ll open it directly in Outbound. You’ll be able to search all help topics and send us emails.

Scoreboards Makeover
Scoreboards has undergone a make-over. We've lifted the design, tweaked the widgets and given the Scoreboard a more modern and monitor-optimized look and feel.

System Improvements
  • The situation where Private Redials were converted to VIP Redials from the My Redials page for users who do not have access to the VIP Redials functionality has been fixed
  • Deselection of individual leads is now an option when you have “chosen all” leads visible on the screen in Lead Administration
