It's been 3 years since we became HeroBase and we're moving into a new phase. Starting tomorrow, Hero Outbound is getting a face-lift, showcasing a more modern, user-friendly design, which we plan to carry throughout our platforms.Some changes are cosmetic and others have been made to improve your user experience. |

So, what's new ? |
- We've redesigned our logo for a more cohesive look with our other Hero solutions.
- We've added arrows for the drop down menu options on the side bar
- The Search function is now more dynamic and responsive. It will now highlight the search term in the results for easier selection
- A designated help button that directs you to our HelpPortal has been added on the top right side of the screen, where your User Menu is located. We'll introduce even more new functions through this help button in the future.

Improvements |
- Added email verification to Multi Factor Authentication
- Corrected “Number of E-mails Sent” in report
- Improved 'Call Transfers' on Predictive Dialer campaigns
- Fixed the issue where a new project name is not always saved
- Reconfiguration of what occurs to the modified date when you clone a lead
- Improved information where you have limited the lead view to a certain number of hits
