| More Control Using Lead Priority Roles |
You now have the ability to designate who has access to different kinds of leads across campaigns based on their priority. For example, you could:
- assign only low priority leads in a campaign to new agents in order for them to practice with low risk
- assign high priority leads in multiple campaigns to your agents that are excellent at closing deals
The options are endless and provide you with the opportunity to have better oversight over access to leads. We've even made it easy for you to create the filter and add multiple agents as you see fit. |

| Idea Hub - Do Not Call List Verification |
You voted and we did it. Our top voted idea in May is ready to be rolled out. The Idea Hub request was to:
- Make it possible for manually reopened leads to be checked against the DNC List upon reopening
- Display a warning when an Admin attempts to make this action
Now the system will allow you to check leads against the Do Not Call list to prevent blocked numbers being loaded on the contact page and accidentally being called.
As a side note, we're so happy that you're embracing the
Idea Hub and there are many suggestions that we're looking to implement. Please continue to submit suggestions and we'll continue to improve your Outbound experience.

| Same Great Features - Great New Look |
| You may notice some small changes throughout the system in these upcoming weeks. We're continuing to revamp Outbound in order to align all of our solutions with the same look and feel.Outbound will provide you with the same reliable functionality and we hope that the new look will provide you with a better user experience. |

- Success Archive Item Data will now be automatically deleted when you delete the Success Archive
- Pulse is now active for all customers
