When I look out the window, it’s hard to believe that Spring has actually arrived. Nevertheless, we’re doing our first Spring release and there are some pretty interesting things happening at HeroBase.

RCM Dial-Back on TimeOut

We are continuing to improve our Return Call Manager (RCM). This time we added a dial-back function for instances where a lead calls back but times out while waiting in the queue for a free agent.

2-Way Sync to External Calendars

Finally, we have created a way to make a solid 2-way integration to external calendars. We’re using the well known Cronofy© integration.

Send E-mails and SMS from My Redials

Want to send a quick reminder to one of your private redials? No problem! Just head into My Redials and click the e-mail button on that lead and you’re all done!

Automatic Totals in Report Administration

Now you are able to see both the average and the total in the reports automatically
