Winter is upon us and we hope that you, just like we, are busy making customers happy out there. Again, we are releasing quite a lot of new features and improvements. Please find the time to have a closer look at the items below. There are some really nice things there.

Hot transfer

How many SMS and emails have we sent in this Campaign?

On popular request, we have added 2 new columns to the report admin. The number of SMS sent and Number of e-mails sent. Depending on what rows you select, these stats can be useful per Team, User or Campaign, for example.

“First and last call time” as a new column in Lead views

It is now possible to get a timestamp as a column in lead views that tells you the date and time for when the lead got their very first and latest call attempt.

New RCM stats in Report Admin

We have now added the main results to the RCM report. This means that if an incoming call ends in a main result (i.e. Success or Not interested), this will now be shown in this report.

Shorter Dial Times

In the Campaign settings, the Dialing duration can now be set all the way down to 15 seconds. Before you change your current Dialing duration, please read “Step 5” in the Hero Academy article:

Duplicate settings in Lead Pool Info

The lead pool info will now inform you about what duplicate settings were used at the time of upload.

Admins can view all Scheduled Jobs created by other users

When there is more than 1 admin in the organisation, there is a risk that several similar jobs are scheduled by different users. This feature allows admins to view and edit jobs not created by themselves.
