Release Letter - March 2018

General:

Although we haven’t seen much of it yet here in Denmark, spring is formally here! In our first spring release, we have focused mostly on fixes and improvements that you have requested but also on making Hero Outbound 100% compliant with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These changes are not visible for the user in the front end so, even though this release letter doesn’t contain any new large front end features, rest assured that there are lots of improvements and optimisations in the back end.

‘Shared by’

Last year, we introduced the possibility for the users to share their Custom Reports. This was very well received and lately we got some requests from you guys to expand this feature so that you can see who shared this report with you.

Vertical lines in Lead Admin

Some time ago, we got some good feedback that pointed out that when Lead Views get complex, the columns may get very tight. On a small screen, this makes it difficult to visually separate the columns. For that reason, we have introduced a feature where you can turn on/off vertical lines between the columns.

Set rules for passwords

In the interest of protecting data, we have created a feature where the administrator can make the created passwords meet some requirements. The administrator can demand that the user passwords have a certain length and complexity.
