Pause

We introduce the possibility for the user to set the system in pause. This opens up for improved accuracy in reports as the user will have a number of “reasons” for pausing to select from. It will even be possible for the user to type a custom reason for the pause. Please note that you cannot pause while you are active on the contact page. You need to leave the contact page before you click “Pause” and take your break.

As an administrator, you need to turn this feature on for you organizational units. You’ll find this setting under “Functional rights” for each level your organization. When the feature has been activated, you can then select on what level this is controlled
