Dial-pad on contact page

When you are calling business leads, you often end up in an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) where a voice tells you to press 1 for this and 2 for the other and so on. If you are using a softphone or Skype, it can be quite disturbing to switch application, find the dial pad and then use the mouse to click the requested numbers.

On the contact page, there is a dial pad that can be used with any type of agent line.

The button that opens up the dial pad is activated when you get connected to the lead. When the dial pad is open, you can use the keys on your computer keyboard to enter the numbers in the IVR you just called or use the mouse, if you prefer.
When you are done with the IVR, you close  the dial pad by a  simple click on the x in the upper right corner of the dial pad or hit escape (ESC) on the keyboard.
This means that you can keep focus on the lead in Hero Outbound through the whole process – even if you run into an IVR system!
