Schedule appointment (Contact Page)
After creating a Calendar and building a campaign template for booking you can start using appointment booking on the contact page. If you entered the Booking Entry ID among your Result Data Fields, you will see a new button:
Clicking this button will bring out the calendar view from the right side of the screen. Here you simple click the desired appointment start time/date and the appointment will be generated. The appointment will have the minimum length and the minimum time between on generation but you can edit these data as you wish. Note that it is not possible to change the data in violation with the minimum times set on the Appointment settings.
Removing an appointment
Once an appointment is added to a lead, it can easily be removed when you have the lead on the Contact page.
This can also be done when you are editing a lead that you picked out from Lead Admin, for example.
