Happy Holidays Heroes

2020 is quickly coming to an end, and the new year is in our sight. This year has definitely been a challenge for all of us, but has also opened up a lot of possibilities to change the way we work.

At HeroBase, we have toiled to bring you as many improvements and updates as possible before the holidays are over us. You can expect the changes to take effect during week 50/51.

Redesign: A new and improved Organization Page

As a part of the general overhaul of the design in Hero Outbound, we are proud to present the new and improved Organization Page.

We strive to deliver the best experience as possible, and the rather old design of this page has definitely been something we wished to update for the new year.

The main focus has been to give you the best overview as possible, and the shortest route to handle important changes on the page.

On the new Organization Page, you will find a full overview of all teams and users in row based structure. On each line, you will see the current roles for each agent (for features, campaigns and priorities). There is even the possibility to remove or add roles from this view.

To the right, you find all other actions tucked into a convenient cog, where you find everything from "edit user", over "Work Schedule" (requires subscription) to "log-in as user".

We find the changes to greatly reduce clicks and time used to make changes.

Define filenames for Voice Recordings

This release contains a new feature, that enables you define a specific set of criteria to rename the filenames of voice recordings.

For all of you who have automatic exports of recordings setup, but need specific files names to import it into your Q&A systems etc. you now have this possibility.

You can find it under Campaign Setings => Voice Recordings.

Configure call Alternation

One of our biggest features in many years have been the "Alternation" option. This feature have meant that we have been able to deliver great results in intelligent power dialing behavior.However, we are living in a world, where leads are getting harder and harder to come by, and we are seeing more and more trends in specialized campaigns with specific valuable leads, which needs extra attention.

Therefore, it is now possible to toggle alternation on/off on corporate level.

Dynamic CallerId will now re-use number on private+vip redials
New option to remove Dialtime limit from leadadmin
New option to use "lead.data.name.fieldname" as merge field
Upgraded sendgrid authentication method to API keys
Handle VIP and Private Redials when campaign access is removed from user and when user is deactivated
Visibility of lead log once again follows the user role settings
Reports - will now show data on all campaign levels
Create a new project from Create campaign page
Include inactive users in reports when they are selected
