RELEASE FEATURE

NEW CALL ICONS

Now on the Contact Page under Lead Log, you'll now find new icons to make it easier to differentiate between incoming and outgoing calls. A small change we hope delivers better UX for you and your users.

RETURN CALL MANAGER

We have streamlined RCM to behave the same way on all of our dialers. Whether you are using our Power, Predictive or Basket dialer you will receive incoming call notifications so you can instantly pick up incoming calls and convert them to sales.

IDEA HUB ADDITIONS

Based on your suggestion in Idea Hub we are implementing 2 new features...

HERO ID SEARCH

You are now able to search in Quick Search and the Lead Admin Search fields using the Hero ID - Thanks to our good friends at 3Danmark who put this request in the Idea Hub.

CALENDAR UPDATE

We've made the rebooking process for calendar appointments even easier. You can now handle these changes directly in the calendar with a simple pop-up menu, saving you time.
