NOVEMBER 2019 RELEASE LETTER
Hi,

We're back with new design features, updates, and improvements that our Heroes have been working hard on this fall. 
SMS & Email Appointment Reminders
Who among us hasn't accidentally forgotten a meeting? Days are busy and the work seemingly never ends. We get it. So we've made it easier to remind the people you want to talk with that their meeting time is quickly approaching.

Increase your appointment percentage by sending handy reminders. Set your calendar settings to send SMS and/or email notifications prior to a calendar meeting for any time that suits you. If you want to utilize the SMS messages you need the SMS module. Please contact your CX manager to enable this
New KPIs in Scoreboards
Your ability to track your successes has gotten even easier. We've added a number of new KPIs that you can now see in Scoreboard. These new KPIs will show the following percentages for both Successes & Users Processed:
  • Point %
  • Profit %
  • Revenue %
  • Commission %
Capitalize on Hot Leads 
Never miss an incoming call again with the new Outbound incoming call notification indicator. Agents will receive notifications of incoming calls in the queue, in real-time, simply by keeping an eye on the top bar of their dashboard.

The number indicator shows agents how many calls are coming in and lets them know that once they've wrapped up their current call, they'll receive an inbound call.

Based on your Idea Hub requests, we'll be implementing 2 new updates this November.
  1. The option to remove leads based on the Lead ID as the match field is now available. Lead ID can also be used as a match field when updating leads, open or closed, across campaigns
  2. You now have the ability to control what part of the lead is cloned and can decide whether to include or exclude master and/or results data
Outbound Redesign Continues
Our face-lift continues with a couple of design changes you'll notice while working in Outbound. Don't worry, we kept the same great functions, just updated the look. 
Strong Finish to 2019
We're pushing for a strong finish to 2019 and are gearing up to bring you even more exciting new features in 2020.
