Release Letter January 2019

General

Happy new year!Let’s kick this year off with a release of some features and improvements to your Hero Outbound system. Check out the headlines below and find detailed descriptions in our ever growing Help portal

Filter Lead Views by Call- and Contact attempts

In Lead Admin, you can now filter your leads by how many times you have tried to get in touch with them. Great feature if you want to pull a list of leads that aren’t that good at picking up their phone and run them through some Predictive dialing, for example. Read more about filtering on specific fields here.C:\Users\micke\AppData\Local\Temp\SNAGHTML37b3ea1.PNG

Improved Hot Transfer

You can now switch between the 3rd party and the lead simply by clicking a button. We also enabled the Numpad for dialing the number you want to transfer to. A full article about call transfer can be found here.

Exclude Private- or VIP redials from Global Max attempts

When you limit the maximum attempts globally for the Campaign, you can now choose if you want the private and VIP redials to be counted in the attempts. You can read a detailed article about Call- and Contact attempts here.

Improved “DialBack action” with Return Call Manager

If a lead with the status “Private redial” comes in through the RCM while the lead owner is not online, only the lead owner gets this lead as a Dial-back the next time he/she goes on the Contact page.Further details about the RCM can be found here.

Upload file with numbers to block

When you have several phone numbers that you want to block, it takes a lot of time to enter them one by one. Now we introduce the possibility to upload a file with numbers to block. Further instructions can be found here.
